HeartCore将以18.4万美元出售越南软件合资公司51%的股份

  • The sale will give Luvina full ownership of the Vietnam-based software development business.
  • HeartCore said the transaction is part of its strategy to streamline its business portfolio and focus on its Go IPO consulting and financial services businesses.
  • CEO Sumitaka Kanno said the deal will simplify the company's operations and allow it to focus resources on its long-term growth initiatives.
  • Following the news, the HeartCore stock dropped over 5% to ~$2.44 in the pre-market hours.
