凯雷的全球信贷部门与Prime Capital Financial达成约6亿美元的交易

Prime Capital Financial Friday said that the global credit platform of investment firm Carlyle (CG) has agreed to provide an ~$600M hybrid capital solution to Prime Capital Financial, establishing a strategic partnership that includes a minority ownership interest in the company.
The transaction values Prime Capital Financial at an enterprise value of more than $1.8B.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close prior to September 15.
