SM Energy将赎回4.17亿美元的2027年优先票据

SM Energy (SM) will fully redeem its $417M 6.625% senior notes due 2027 at par, plus accrued interest.
The redemption is scheduled for September 4, 2026.
The company will fund the redemption using cash on hand.
Following the redemption, SM Energy will have no senior notes maturities until mid-2028.
