HUB Cyber将以约870万美元出售QPoint Group;股价下跌

- HUB Cyber Security (HUBC) agreed to sell 100% of QPoint Group to Malam Team Group for ~$8.7M.
- The divestiture is aimed at strengthening HUB's balance sheet and reducing debt.
- Sale proceeds will be used to repay substantially all debt secured by the shares of QPoint.
- QPoint Group is being sold on a cash-free and debt-free basis.
- HUB will ensure positive shareholder equity and non-negative net cash at closing before completing the transaction.
- HUBC shares down 13% premarket.
