私募股权基金获得约12亿美元的承诺

MetLife's (MET) institutional asset management business said its MetLife Investment Private Equity Partners Fund III has secured ~$1.2B in commitments.
MIPEP III is the third fund in the unit's private equity investment platform for institutional investors.
MET shares were 0.94% higher at $97.03 during pre-market trading on Monday.
The fund acquired a portfolio of ~$754M in private equity, venture capital, and equity co-investment interests with funded and unfunded commitments totaling $966M from MetLife affiliates.
