Edible Garden AG延长中西部零售商供应协议;股价盘前上涨18%

- Edible Garden AG (EDBL) announced on Monday that it expanded its multi-year supply agreement with a major Midwest big-box retailer through Dec. 31, 2028.
- The deal expands the retailer's private-label fresh herb program across the Midwest and includes more than 20 fresh herbs and specialty products.
- CEO Jim Kras said expanding production and distribution operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Webster City, Iowa, is expected to improve supply chain efficiency and support large retail customers.
- The company said the agreement also supports its long-term strategy of expanding both branded and private-label businesses while advancing its Farm-to-Formula® platform, including the development of its Prairie Hills facility.
- On the market side, the Edible Garden AG stock rallied over 18% to ~$2.76 in the premarket trading session.
