IonQ获得监管机构批准完成对SkyWater Technology的收购

- IonQ (IONQ) on Tuesday said it has received final regulatory approval to complete its acquisition of SkyWater Technology (SKYT).
- IonQ, in January, said it will acquire SkyWater for $35.00 per share in a cash-and-stock transaction, implying a total equity value of approximately $1.8B.
- The companies anticipate that, having secured all required regulatory approvals and satisfied other closing conditions, they will complete all necessary arrangements to close the transaction on July 31.
- The combined company is expected to hold its second quarter earnings call on August 5, 2026.
