Innoviz宣布定价3000万美元注册直接发行

Innoviz Technologies (INVZ) on Tuesday said it has entered into a definitive agreement with certain institutional investors for the sale of 66.66M ordinary shares in a registered direct offering expected to generate gross proceeds of about $30 million.
The company said net proceeds will be used for general business purposes, including supporting the commercialization of Perciz, Innoviz's dedicated security and defense brand.
The offering’s closing is expected on or about July 29, 2026.
