Enlivex宣布4亿美元私募后，盘前交易暴跌

- Enlivex (ENLV) said on Tuesday that it intends to launch a private placement of $400M ordinary shares at a price of $5.00 per share for subscription amounts funded in U.S. dollars, USDT, or USD Coin and $6.00 per share for subscription amounts funded in RAIN tokens.
- Enlivex intends to use net proceeds from the private placement in furtherance of its treasury strategy built around the Rain protocol while continuing to advance Allocetra, an advanced clinical-stage immunotherapy.
- ENLV -21.36% to $3.35 pre-market.
