Polar Power获得高达2500万美元的承诺股权融资

- Polar Power (POLA) has entered into a committed equity facility with Roth Principal Investments that gives the company the ability to raise up to $25M by selling shares over time.
- The facility allows Polar Power, at its discretion, to issue common stock to Roth Principal Investments
- The company plans to use any net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including expanding its DC power systems business across markets such as data center power and cooling, drone charging systems, EV charging, micro/nano grids, robotics, telecommunications, and military applications.
- The stock price jumped about 42% on Monday after hours of trading.
