Blackstone、Brookfield、KKR达成价值160亿美元的科威特石油基础设施交易

- Blackstone (BX), Brookfield (BN), and KKR (KKR) have brokered a $16B infrastructure partnership with Kuwait Oil Co. (KOC) through a joint venture.
- The arrangement includes a 20.5-year lease-and-lease-back agreement encompassing all of KOC's domestic and export pipeline network. In exchange, the JV will receive a volume-based tariff.
- Kuwait Oil will have a 51% majority stake in the JV, with the three private equity firms holding the remaining 49%.
- The JV is projected to generate upfront proceeds of $7.85B for KOC and support its goal of four million daily barrels of crude oil by 2035.
