DarioHealth (NASDAQ: DRIO) said on Wednesday it priced a $23.5M registered direct offering of 3.45M common shares at $6.80 per share, in compliance with Nasdaq rules.
The offering includes the purchase of 14,430 common shares by a member of the company's board at $6.93 per share.
The closing of the offering is expected on July 23.
Net proceeds will be used for working capital, investments, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
The financing includes participation from existing long-term institutional investors and a new global fundamental institutional investor.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is serving as the sole placement agent.
Shares +3.40%.
