苹果失去了推翻6.34亿美元Masimo对Apple Watch纠纷的判决

- A California federal judge on Monday denied Apple's (AAPL) effort to overturn a $634M jury verdict in favor of Masimo involving a patent covering technology that measures pulse oximetry (blood oxygen levels), a feature found on Apple Watches.
- Judge James Selna determined that while Apple misappropriated 2 of 14 Masimo trade secrets, he declined an injunction request and stated Masimo couldn't pursue monetary relief claims, Bloomberg Law reported. Masimo, now a part of Danaher (DHR), was seeking as much as $3.1 in damages for the trade secrets portion.
- Masimo filed a notice of appeal over the trade secrets claim.
- Apple had argued that its engineers developed health monitoring elements in the watches.
