- The Oak Ridge, Tennessee-based company, which produces nuclear fuel, priced its IPO at $15 per share for 10M Class A common shares.
- BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs are serving as joint lead book-running managers for the offering.
- The stock's decline came as nuclear stocks broadly sold off. Oklo (OKLO) and NuScale Power (SMR) both fell more than 9%, while Deep Fission (FISN) dropped 13%.
