SCHMIDGroup将通过可转换票据筹集2000万美元

SCHMID Group (SHMD) said on Tuesday it agreed to raise $20M through a private placement of senior convertible notes with an institutional investor.
The notes will carry a 5% annual interest rate, mature on Jan. 14, 2029, and are convertible into the company's ordinary shares under terms outlined in the investment agreement.
The company said it will use the net proceeds to fund working capital needs tied to accelerating order intake and to support expansion of its manufacturing capacity in China.
