Enlivex (ENLV) said on Tuesday it will implement a 1-for-15 reverse stock split, with shares trading on a split-adjusted basis beginning July 9, 2026.
The reverse split will reduce the company's issued and outstanding ordinary shares to approximately 16.8M from 252.5M, while lowering its authorized share count to 158.3M from 2.38B.
Fractional shares will be rounded up, with corresponding adjustments to outstanding warrants and options.
