Coursera计划在Udemy合并后裁员
2026-07-07 05:02
- Coursera (COUR) on Monday said it approved a workforce reduction plan as part of its integration of Udemy, following the companies' merger completed in May.
- The online education company said it expects to incur $8M to $11M in charges, primarily for severance and healthcare benefits, with substantially all costs to be recognized as cash expenditures in the third and fourth quarters of 2026.
- The layoffs are part of integration and cost-synergy efforts following Coursera's all-stock acquisition of rival Udemy, which created a combined company valued at about $2.5B.
