Arcos Dorados (NYSE: ARCO) said on Monday it intends to redeem all outstanding 6.125% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029.
The notes will be redeemed at 103.063% of the outstanding principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, in accordance with the indenture.
The redemption is expected to be completed on July 16, 2026, with a formal notice to be issued to noteholders.
Shares +2.36%.
