Abivax SA将ADS产品价格上调8亿美元

Abivax SA (ABVX) priced an upsized public offering of 6.4M ADSs at $125/ADS, raising ~$800M in gross proceeds.
The offering size was increased from the previously announced $600M.
The company granted underwriters a 15% option to purchase up to 960,000 additional ADSs, potentially increasing gross proceeds to about $920M.
The offering is expected to close on July 6, 2026.
Abivax plans to use the proceeds to support the commercialization of obefazimod, fund clinical development, and for general corporate purposes.
