FTI Consulting将循环信贷额度扩大至15亿美元

FTI Consulting (FCN) said on Wednesday it increased its senior unsecured revolving credit facility to $1.5B from $900M and extended the maturity to June 30, 2031, from Nov. 21, 2027.
The consulting firm said the amended facility includes improved pricing following its investment-grade credit rating upgrade by S&P Global in 2024, along with more flexible covenant terms.
Proceeds may be used for working capital, capital expenditures, debt repayments, acquisitions, and other general corporate purposes.
