PHINIA (PHIN) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the stoba Group.
The transaction is expected to close in Q4, 2026.
The acquisition will expand PHINIA's precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and system integration capabilities.
The deal is expected to strengthen supply resilience and broaden PHINIA's presence across automotive, industrial, semiconductor, aerospace, and defense markets.
