Nuvectis Pharma (NVCT) announced on Monday that it has launched an underwritten public offering of its common stock.
The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares offered by the company.
The company said the offering remains subject to market conditions and other factors, with the final size, pricing, and terms yet to be determined.
Nuvectis plans to use the net proceeds to advance the development of its NXP100, NXP200, and NXP900 programs, along with any future product candidates.
The remaining funds will also support new hiring, capital expenditures, public company operating expenses, and other general corporate purposes.
