XCHG (NASDAQ: XCH) announced on Friday a registered direct offering of 7M American depositary shares.
The offering is expected to generate gross proceeds of about $4.38M, before fees and expenses.
The transaction is expected to close on or about June 29, 2026.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
Shares +11.55%.
