QTreX宣布管理层计划购买最多200万股股票

QTREX Quantum (QTEX) said on Monday that its CEO, chairman and senior management plan to purchase up to 2M shares with personal funds over the next 12 months.
Share purchases under the plan are expected to commence following the release of the company's financial results for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The purchases are expected to occur primarily through open-market transactions, with additional purchases possible through privately negotiated transactions and block trades.
Shares +5.79%.
