IAMGOLD将循环信贷额度提高至8.5亿美元，期限延长至2030年

Canadian gold miner IAMGOLD (IAG) said it has amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing total commitments to $850M from $650M and extending the maturity date to June 17, 2030, from Dec. 20, 2028.
The amended facility also includes an accordion feature of up to $250M, allowing the company to further increase available liquidity. The facility remains undrawn.
Under the revised terms, the applicable interest rate was reduced to a range of SOFR plus 1.875% to 2.875%, depending on IAMGOLD's (IAG) total net leverage ratio, compared with the previous range of 2.75% to 3.75%.
