Jazz，AbCellera交易开发T细胞参与多特异性抗体

- Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) and AbCellera (ABCL) have inked an agreement that could be worth up to $848M to the latter company to develop next-generation T-cell engaging multispecific antibodies.
- The deal centers around AbCellera's antibody discovery engine to discover candidates for gastrointestinal cancers and other solid tumors.
- Terms call for AbCellera to receive $56M upfront and up to $792M in milestone payments and potential option fees.
- Also, AbCellera will conduct discovery and early-stage research for two programs and has a commitment to begin a third program within a year. Jazz has an option with each research program. If exercised along with payment of an option fee, it will have an exclusive, worldwide right to commercialize those programs.
