Solana股价在拒绝1.48美元/股的远期出价后上涨

- Solana Company (HSDT) said Tuesday that its board unanimously rejected an unsolicited, non-binding acquisition proposal from Forward Industries (FWDI), determining that the all-stock offer, which valued Solana at $1.48 per share, was not in the best interests of shareholders.
- After careful consideration, the board "unanimously concluded that the Forward proposal substantially undervalues the company," Solana Company (HSDT) said in a statement.
- HSDT shares rose over 2% in premarket trading, while FWDI was down 1.5%.
