Momentus价格2500万美元注册直接发行

Momentus (MNTS) said on Friday it had entered agreements with new and existing institutional investors to sell 1.85 million shares in an at-the-market registered direct offering for about $25 million in gross proceeds.
The offering is expected to close on or about June 15, 2026.
The company intends to use the proceeds to support working capital requirements and general corporate activities.
A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.
