特朗普媒体、TAE、TVA不再追求Truth Social分拆

- Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), TAE, and Texas Ventures Acquisition III (TVA) have determined not to continue pursuing the potential spinoff of certain media assets, including Truth Social.
- Earlier in February, Trump Media said it is engaged in talks regarding a potential spin-off of certain media assets, including Truth Social, into a new publicly traded company that could be merged with Texas Ventures III following the closing of the TAE merger.
- Following the TAE deal close, the board of the combined companies will be responsible for evaluating strategic alternatives for the combined company’s legacy business units, the companies said.
- DJT shares -0.86% at $8.09 premarket.
