GMEX Robotics将通过PIPE融资筹集200万美元

- GMEX Robotics (GMEX) on Tuesday said it had entered into a private investment in public equity financing agreement with certain investors to raise gross proceeds of $2 million.
- The company will issue 1.87 million ordinary shares and 3.74 million warrants exercisable for an equal number of ordinary shares at an initial exercise price of $1.0692 per share, subject to adjustment.
- The financing was priced at $1.0692 per ordinary share, representing a 20% premium to the company's June 8 closing share price.
- GMEX said it plans to use the proceeds to support operations, strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
- The transaction is expected to close on or about June 11.
