XTEND收到价值300万美元的100台XOS驱动无人机系统订单

- JFB Construction (JFB) said on Tuesday that XTEND had secured a multi-million-dollar contract for more than 100 Scorpio drone systems in Asia-Pacific.
- JFB Construction and XTEND entered into a definitive all-stock business combination agreement announced on Feb. 17, 2026.
- Pursuant to the deal's completion, the combined company is expected to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics and trade under the ticker "XTND."
- Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2026 and continue through 2027, supporting XTEND's backlog and revenue visibility.
- The Scorpio drone systems will be powered by XTEND's AI-enabled XOS autonomous robotics operating system.
- Shares -3.95%.
