- Aeva Technologies (AEVA) priced its follow-on public offering of 4.49M shares of common stock at $22.25 per share.
- The offering is expected to close on June 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The company also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 674,157 shares at the public offering price.
- Aeva plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including supporting growing commercial demand tied to AI infrastructure and co-packaged optics, as well as expanding existing applications.
- Shares fell nearly 12% in after-hours trading after the offering was announced on Wednesday, extending the stock's decline after it closed down -8.8% in the regular session.
