Aeva推出1亿美元后续股票发行

Aeva Technologies (AEVA) launched a proposed follow-on public offering of $100M of common stock and expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $15M of shares.
The company said it plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including supporting accelerating commercial interest in AI infrastructure and co-packaged optics.
