Mineralys Therapeutics股票发行价为1.5亿美元

Mineralys Therapeutics (MLYS) has priced an offering of 5.66M shares of its common stock at a price of $26.50 per share.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be around $150M. Mineralys plans to use the net proceeds to fund a portion of the $200M upfront payment for the repurchase of the royalty obligation under its license agreement with Tanabe Pharma.
The sale is expected to close on or about June 4, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
