林肯金融通过三项关键高管晋升推进继任计划

- Lincoln Financial Group (LNC) announced on Monday the promotion of Darrel Tedrow, Curtis Chesney, and Paul Spurr to its Senior Management Committee and gave them expanded executive roles.
- They will all report to Ellen Cooper, who remains chairman, president, and CEO.
- The company reorganized its retail businesses. Tedrow will continue leading the life insurance business, while Chesney will lead the Annuity segments and focus on growth, product strategy, and stable cash flow generation.
- The company also names Spurr as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Actuary under a revised leadership structure.
- The leadership changes come alongside the retirement of senior executives Brian Kroll and Andy Rallis, effective June 1, 2026.
