ClearSign公开募股定价337万美元

ClearSign Technologies (NASDAQ: CLIR) on Friday said it priced an underwritten public offering of 777,780 common shares at $4.33 per share, for gross proceeds of about $3.37 million.
The company said it granted the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 15% of the shares to cover over-allotments, which could increase gross proceeds to about $3.87 million if exercised in full.
The offering is expected to close on or about June 1, subject to customary closing conditions.
ClearSign said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital, research and development, marketing and sales, and general corporate purposes.
