Target Hospitality宣布二级股票发行

Target Hospitality (TH) announced an underwritten secondary offering of 7M shares of common stock.
The shares are being sold by Arrow Holdings S.à r.l. and MFA Global S.à r.l., entities controlled by TDR Capital LLP.
Target Hospitality itself is not selling any shares in the offering. The company will not receive any proceeds from the share sale.
The selling stockholders granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.05M shares.
