StoneX Group (SNEX) said on Wednesday its board approved a three-for-two stock split in the form of a stock dividend aimed at making share ownership more accessible to employees and investors.
Shareholders of record as of July 7 will receive one additional share for every two shares held, with the additional shares to be distributed after market close on July 17.
Trading on a split-adjusted basis is expected to begin on July 20.
