The transaction is anticipated to be completed around May 27, 2026.
Net proceeds are expected to support expansion efforts, improve working capital flexibility, and retire outstanding convertible debt.
Alliance Global Partners is acting as sole placement agent for the offering.
Shares +23.05%.
