Atlantic American (AAME) announced on Friday that it received a notice from Nasdaq on May 21, 2026, for not filing its Q1 2026 Form 10-Q and also remaining delayed in filing its FY2025 Form 10-K.
The company stated that the notice has no immediate impact on the listing or trading of its common stock.
Moreover, it has time until June 16, 2026, to submit a compliance plan. If approved, Nasdaq may get up to 180 days (until Oct. 12, 2026) from the original 10-K due date to restore compliance.
If the company misses the June 16 deadline, it still plans to submit a compliance plan to Nasdaq to regain compliance.
Following the news, the stock is trading slightly lower at $2.23.
