  • Global Mofy AI Limited (GMM) on Friday said it priced an $8 million registered direct offering of 8.25 million Class A ordinary shares and accompanying warrants at $0.97 per share and related warrants.
  • The offering includes 8.25 million Series A warrants and 8.25 million Series B warrants, each exercisable for one Class A ordinary share.
  • The company said it expects to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including working capital, product development, and expansion of its AI-powered technology platforms and infrastructure.
  • The offering is expected to close on or about May 26, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
