Caleres (CAL) has appointed Dan Karpel as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Karpel rejoined Caleres as chief accounting officer in October 2025 and was appointed to the role of interim chief financial officer in January 2026.
He will serve as the company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
CAL shares were up +3.4% premarket.
