V2X Inc. (VVX) on Monday said it won a contract from the U.S. Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command to support the Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures program, which protects military aircraft from infrared-guided missile threats.
The company will integrate LAIRCM systems on multiple U.S. Marine Corps KC-130J aircraft at its modernization and integration center in Crestview, Florida, expanding its existing work on aviation modification programs.
Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.
