ASML与印度塔塔(Tata)达成价值110亿美元的半导体制造基地协议

- ASML (ASML) announced a partnership with Tata Electronics on Saturday to provide its lithography tools and solutions to help establish the consumer electronics firm's semiconductor fab, built with an $11B investment in India.
- The companies announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding on Saturday as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in the Netherlands on the second leg of a five-nation tour.
- Tata Electronics’ semiconductor fab, located in Dholera in the Indian state of Gujarat, is expected to become India's first 300 mm commercial fab. “The two companies will cooperate to develop domestic talent, supply chain, and research initiatives to support the long-term success of Tata Electronics’ Dholera fab,” ASML (ASML) and Tata Electronics said.
- Once operational, the Dholera facility is expected to produce semiconductors targeting a range of industries, including automotive, mobile electronics, and artificial intelligence.
