Venu Holding计划耗资3亿美元的查塔努加露天剧场项目

Venu Holding (VENU) on Tuesday said it entered an agreement to purchase a 15-acre site in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for the planned development of Sunset Amphitheater Chattanooga, a next-generation live entertainment venue.
The company said the project is expected to represent about $300M in total investment and would become one of Tennessee’s largest live entertainment destinations.
The development, planned in partnership with Urban Story Ventures, remains contingent on the completion of public-private partnership incentive negotiations.
