BNY将于5月21日起将纽约证券交易所的“BK”股票换成“BNY”

BNY announced on Monday that it will change its NYSE ticker symbol from “(BK)” to “BNY” effective May 21, 2026.
The company said the new ticker better matches its BNY brand, long-term strategy, and focus on becoming a future-ready financial services platform company.
The BNY will mark the ticker change by ringing the NYSE Closing Bell on May 21, 2026.
Moreover, preferred stock tickers will also change from “BK/P” to “BNY/P” and from “BK PRK” to “BNY PRK.”
The company said no action is needed from shareholders. The ticker update will not impact BNY’s legal name, capital structure, CUSIPs, or shareholder rights.
