TransAct Technologies (TACT) on Friday said longtime CFO Steven A. DeMartino will retire effective June 30, after nearly 30 years with the company.
The company named Robert Campbell as CFO effective upon DeMartino’s retirement. Campbell, who has served as controller since 2022, will also assume the roles of secretary and treasurer.
CEO John Dillon said the leadership transition supports the company’s strategy of expanding recurring revenue through its BOHA! Cloud-based SaaS platform.
DeMartino will remain in an advisory role through the end of 2026 to assist with the transition.
