黑钻集团更新股票回购计划

Black Diamond Group (BDIMF) said on Friday the Toronto Stock Exchange approved the renewal of its normal course issuer bid, allowing the company to repurchase up to 5.26M common shares beginning May 12.
The buyback authorization represents 10% of the company’s public float and about 7.6% of its outstanding shares as of April 30, 2026. Shares acquired under the program will be cancelled.
Black Diamond said management believes the company’s shares may trade below their underlying value at times, making repurchases an attractive use of capital that would benefit remaining shareholders.
The company also entered into an automatic share purchase plan to enable buybacks during blackout periods.
