BT Brands终止与Aero Velocity的合并协议

- BT Brands (BTBD) on Thursday said it terminated its previously announced merger agreement with Aero Velocity after the deal failed to meet a contractual deadline tied to SEC approval.
- The agreement expired because the related registration statement was not declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission by April 30, 2026, the company said.
- BT Brands said it determined ending the transaction was in the best interests of shareholders and confirmed it is no longer pursuing the proposed merger with Aero Velocity.
- CEO Gary Copperud said the company remains focused on improving restaurant profitability, cash flow, and balance sheet flexibility while evaluating other opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
