MGE Energy推出2.5亿美元普通股发行

- MGE Energy (NASDAQ: MGEE) on Wednesday said it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $250 million of its common stock, subject to market conditions.
- The company said it expects to sell about $75 million of shares directly, while the remaining $175 million will be sold by forward sellers under forward sale agreements.
- MGE Energy added it may grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to $37.5 million of additional shares.
- Proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment, capital expenditures, and investments in subsidiaries, the company said.
- MGEE -6.56% after hours to $75.50.
